Return Policy


All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except for those items which are defective or incorrect. Dave’s Hot Chicken is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

For a return authorization, due to a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, please email proof of purchase, a photo of the item and the package, and the reason for the return to merch@daveshopchicken.com within 15 days of purchase.
